Bob is the founder and President of Bridge to Wealth. He began his career in the financial industry with Freedom 55 and London Life.
Bob worked his way to Director and Branch Manager at the Belleville office of London Life where he supervised thirty five advisors.
He started Bridge to Wealth and has hired a team of professionals that care about client success as much as he does.
He specializes in creating strategically sound investment portfolios and helping clients with business succession and taxation planning.
Before entering the financial industry, Bob owned and operated his own business for eight years, giving him a unique insight into the specific financial, insurance and investment needs of SME owners and individuals.
During his personal time, Bob is with his wife Della and children, Krystal, Katelyn and Justin. His main focus is following his son Justin in competitive Gymnastics and his daughter Katelyn in competitive Cheerleading. Both children are keeping the family very busy travelling to Kingston daily for training and across Canada and the United States for major competitions.
Paul, a graduate of Trent University, has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and believes passionately in lifelong learning in his field. He holds a diploma from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada and has devoted his career to advising his client’s on achieving financial security.
His areas of expertise are life and disability insurance, personal investing and RRSPs, as well as group benefits and pension plans. He takes pride in helping to educate his clients so they may be active partners in making their dreams a reality.
Paul believes strongly that achieving financial security takes careful, professional planning. In planning your financial future, Paul understands that financial emergencies, a health crisis, or even death can greatly impact a client’s financial security goals and lifestyle. Paul believes that with the right financial plan in place, his clients’ can withstand these risks when and if they occur.
Paul has volunteered his free time to United Way, coaches various sports teams, and sponsors junior teams, ensuring that young people are able to enjoy athletic pursuits across all demographics.
When he isn’t working, Paul enjoys spending time at his cottage with his wife Kathy and his boys, Jack and Matthew.
Jeanette is a Certified Financial Planner with eleven years of experience in the industry. She is primarily focused on helping clients with tax planning, life insurance and mutual funds selection and management.
Jeanette loves helping clients make their money work in the most efficient manner possible through sensible planning. She knows that whether you’re organizing finances for your business, family or yourself, proper planning will allow you to understand your options, choose the right path and maximize your financial benefits.
Prior to joining Bridge to Wealth, Jeanette worked as an accountant for her family’s business in the automotive industry.
Jeanette lives on a hobby farm in Stirling, is married with two children and is also a happy grandmother.
Before joining Bridge to Wealth, Jim worked at London Life, one of Canada’s most trusted financial companies, for 22 Years.
Jim is an expert in needs analysis, risk tolerance and estate planning. He also has in-depth knowledge of wills, power of attorney and tax law. He helps guides clients in creating workable plans based on their needs and goals and makes sure they accomplish them using the right products and services.
Because of the strong relationships he’s built during his career, Jim now advises many of the children of his original clients. Jim is proud that the trust he’s built has withstood the test of time and he looks forward to meeting with you soon.
Prior to joining Bridge to Wealth, Matt worked at Freedom 55 Financial. Matt specializes in starting financial plans with new families to secure them early in life. Being young himself, he understands the challenges and cost to student loans, mortgages and saving for retirement all at once can bring. Matt looks forward to building a long lasting relationship with his clients, as he has many years to grow and become part of their lives.
When not working, Matt enjoys meeting new people and playing sports.
After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours Business Administration degree, Julie accepted the position of managing Oak Hills Golf Club, which she thoroughly enjoyed for 8 years. Her passion for business and planning continues as she grows with Freedom 55 Financial. Julie is working with and being mentored by fellow advisor Jeanette Molloy. Julie is specializing in working with clients in the initial phase of addressing their financial security planning needs. She looks forward to helping clients lay the groundwork for their financial health for years to come.
In her spare time Julie is an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Stirling and enjoys spending time out on the golf course.
Michael O’Connor, CFA
Michael is an experienced financial leader with more than 20 years of professional investment experience. He has the unique experience of having worked with both institutional (pension, endowment and foundation funds) and high net worth investors.
His background includes corporate finance, consulting, investment management and advising roles.
Michael joined Great-West Life in 2013 as a Private Wealth Counsellor, bringing his extensive experience in the financial planning industry to the organization's clients and advisors. In this capacity, he provides assistance to financial security advisors at
[Freedom 55 Financial, London Life, Great West] in delivering value-added knowledge and service to a select group of clients.
Michael has completed a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conducts and Practices, Canadian Insurance Course and
Wealth Management Essentials.
Before joining Bridge to Wealth Paul worked for Freedom 55 Financial in Belleville as the branch manager.

Sara loves working with her clients to help them reach their financial goals at every stage of life. Whether it's dreams of retirement or specific goals such as saving for a child's education or protecting your family in the event of death, illness or disability.
Sara holds an honors B.A. in Psychology and a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queens University. She is a past president of the Women’s Sales and Advertising Club in Belleville.
